Fixed global IP address application form

This page turns into a page of "a fixed global IP address application form" for a user of super course only who joined before July 1, 2007. Please keep in mind that neither the user who is having the fixed IP address already acquired, nor the user of subscription on another courses other than super course can do an application.

From an application to start

  1. Please input necessary information into the following form and click "NEXT" button.
  2. We transmit information including a fixed IP address to a predetermined e-mail address after receiving your application.
    * Also we mail your home an IP address notice later. Please keep it carefully.
  3. After receiving fixed IP address information, please change the set up of a personal computer or a router according to it by yourself.
  4. Reset the power supply of the cable modem, then it settles in the state where blink of the Cable lamp finished and lit up, please confirm connection to the Internet works.

Notes

  • Connection with a LAN cable and routers, various setup of a personal computer. It must be done by a user.
  • Please prepare the cable which connects LAN to routers and hubs.
  • We cannot do the support about LAN cabling matter.
